It’s Show Time !

Spring 2013 RobAsia Show String Announced

Every year excitement builds for show season to begin, getting juveniles ready for their debut as well as haltering up the veterans just to see how well they follow instructions.

Weather has not been cooperating with training but thanks to our barn layout I am able to accomplish training under cover and they like the familiar surroundings to start out. Haltering our veterans for the first time in over 6 months was pleasant, they are ready to go.

Training 10 juveniles takes a little time but they are cooperating quite nicely. RobAsia’s Albus will be coming back from his winter home in TX any day now. He has one show already this year where he took another first, we cannot wait to see and show him. We will also be sending 10 fleeces to nationals as well as the American Fiber Rally this summer.

All but 2 of the alpacas in our show string are from our breeding program, Superstar and Quechua’s Quest’s offspring make up the majority of our show string, and yes they will both be competing for Get of Sire.

RobAsia’s Albus only has 2 breedings left at the introductory price of $1500. Two notable juvenile females in our show string are also for sale RobAsia’s Amarosa and RobAsia’s Arabella, both from Multiple Get of Sire Winner, Superstar. They are halter trained and just beginning their show career. We also have their dams for sale; they are bred and will deliver in 2013.
